Motorcycling Herbalist helps others heal

Harmonious Holistic Haven

In 1999 I was in a car crash wherein I tangled with a 17’ Canoe that came off of a guys trailer and landed in front of the car I was driving at 100 KMS.

The effect on my body according to a kinesiologist was the equivalent of 3 - 300 pound linebackers slamming me. I cracked or broke 25 out of 26 metatarsal bones in my left foot and 26 out of 26 in the right. I have 4 compressed disks in my neck, a trapped ulnar nerve in my left hand and two bad disks in my low back. On top of that, I hyper stretched all of the ligaments in my ankles and have zero ankle control.

I understand my levels of pain - I have found ways to work through the pain I live with on a daily basis, and as long as I do the things I  know to relieve my pain, I function pretty well. I am, however, always up for trying and or learning new things that will improve the quality of my life.

Harmonious Holistic HavenA week or so ago, I was in Delburne Alberta speaking with Harmony Reynolds of Harmonious Holistic Haven. We were discussing herbology and the various tinctures and balms that she makes.

She gifted me a small container of her Nadair Pain Balm. Wow is all I can say, it smells incredible, is creamy and smooth and it works. 24 herbs and oils go into making it and if you have allergies, she is happy to ensure that your allergens are not part of her balm - or tinctures.

Harmony had a bad motorcycle crash and has had an incredible journey of healing, getting off of painkillers and using herbs, balms and tinctures to help manage her pain and heal. Working on her fourth diploma in herbology, Harmony has a wealth of information that she can share with you. Harmony wants to share her knowledge and help others find relief.
