March 7th, the Amici are excited to curate a spectacular winemaker’s dinner with 2 of Italy's top young winemakers and NAIT’s 4th semester student chefs of the award-winning culinary program will create a stunning menu designed for the event in Ernest’s Dining Room at NAIT with Chiara Condello (winemaker at Emilia-Romagna's Conde and Chiara Condello) AND Federica Grasso (family member of Piedmont's Ca' del Baio)
