If an event is postponed or rescheduled, tickets will be honored for the rescheduled date. Events that are cancelled by organizers without being rescheduled are eligible for a full refund based on our Money-Back Guarantee. In these cases, we will process a refund and return the sale amount already incurred to the purchasing credit card.
