This is a circle route on trails, paved bike paths and shared roads. From our start point we follow the PoCo Trail to the Deboville Slough Dyke trail then back onto the PoCo Trail, thru Coquitlam River Park to Town Center Park and around Lafarge Lake. From here we head west thru Coquitlam and Port Moody to Rocky Point Park where we stop for Lunch. After lunch we head back across Port Moody and Coquitlam and pick up the PoCo Trail back to the start point.
