Experience the best rhythmic gymnastics in Western Canada at the Western Regional Championships!

Rhythmic gymnastics is a sport performed to music with apparatus — hoop, rope, ball, ribbon, or clubs — and combines elements of both gymnastics and dance. Routines are performed both individually and in groups of up to five athletes.

This competition is the peak event of the season for developmental athletes across Western Canada and is the qualifying competition for athletes across Western Canada to earn their spots at the Canadian Championships and Olympic Trials in Quebec.
