You are invited to an open house charity. All funds raised at the event go directly to the charity to support pre-school infrastructure and lunch programs in Quang Tri province, Vietnam.

The event will take place at 2258 East 47th avenue on November 25, 2023 between 3 pm and 6 pm.

One of the activities will be an online silent auction with items on display at the event. Bids will remain open until 5:30 with successful bidders picking up their items at my home or arranging for delivery.

Snacks and beverages will be served. Come out and meet Carin Holroyd, VES President. Speak with VES Board members and others, see for yourselves the incredible work this organization has undertaken to change the lives of children in under funded rural parts of Vietnam.

Access to the event is a donation of $40/person (children under 12 are free) with 100% of the ticket price eligible for a charitable receipt. Entrance is by online donation to Canada Helps (Link below) or alternatively paying at the event. When donating online, Canada Helps provides automated tax receipts. Tax receipts are also available for further donations made in person at the event.
