This workshop is an introduction to the romantic art of Copperplate Script, a style of Pointed Pen Calligraphy.  By the end of this class, students will learn the letterforms of all 26 letters, through a series of the basic pen strokes, formative drills and exercises.   Learners will understand how it can be used to support healing, both physically and mentally through the meditative, repetitive practice of the gliding of pen on paper.  Learners will be able to build on this knowledge and hone their skills at home with the supplies and resources provided.
