We welcome you to join us in the Greenhouse at The Saskatoon Farm for a Multi-Healer Sound Bath!

Lay your mat and make your space, grab a tea and head to the cliff for sunset or lounge in the tranquility of this botanical haven. When civil twilight has ended we will reconnect back at our spaces in the Greenhouse to begin our Sound Bath of Drums, Gongs, Crystal Singing Bowls, Chimes, Singing Pyramid, Monochord, Flute and more. This combination of sound and natural elements will foster a connection to both your inner and outer worlds.

Sound healing works on the basis of brain entrainment through frequencies, ultimately lowering our brainwave states which can induce relaxation, offer stress reduction, enhance meditation, balance your chakras and even has the potential to move emotional blockages.
