Welcome to Sport et Livres, your local club in Toronto that is creating community to inspire mindful movement, learning beyond the classroom, and mind-body wellness. In this two-fold event we will have a 50-minute HIIT workout that targets all the major ASSets of the body: ABS, ARMS, ASS. This session will be led by Habibe and Meli who are fitness ethusiats and live for the burn. The stretch and cool down will be led by Dr. Cassandra Laleye, a chiropractor based in Toronto that promotes health, wellness, and movement as part of her mission to help women live their life pain free. Dr. Laleye will also provide indivdiual sessions to promote stress and tension release in the muscles. She will also share with us her knowledge on how we can live our best life pain free. Location
